So Busy, sorry it’s been awhile…

013

Good grief, it’s been so long since I’ve posted anything.  I see I have quite a few new followers. It’s grown to 127! WooHoo!!!

Welcome everyone.

Boy, Fall has really come to stay. The days are cooler and the nights have been pretty brisk here in the valley. Some of the trees have already started  loosing there leaves.

014

They say our leaf coloring won’t be very nice this year, due to the lack of rain this past summer. Mother Nature did give us about 4” of rain last week, but it’s a little late for the trees. It’s still nice to ride through the back roads and see some of them changing.  I’ll have to remember to take my camera sometime when we go exploring. I think y’all would like to see some pics of our countryside.

I have a few pics to share of the crafts I’ve been working on.  I am finishing up the fall items and trying to change over to winter and Christmas, but the fall items are selling so well I’m a little hesitant to stop making fall stuff.

Pumpkins galore!!! They sell out as fast as I make them! I haven't even kept any for my own decorating. lol.. Speaking of decorating, the only decoration I have up is the pumpkin guy hanging on my front door. (The pic is at the top of this post)

011 This pumpkin and crow nodder has also sold well for me. It’s a great design from Moonchild Primitives.

I was playing around with a witch hat trying to come up with a nodder and this is what I came up with.  I used the field mouse pattern from Kentucky Primitives and added a lil’ jack pumpkin and some other embellishments. They are selling like hotcakes!! Woohoo…..

I snagged a free pattern from Paxton Valley Folk Art for a prim style Acorn BF. I will be putting these in my selling booths this week. I think they will sell well too.

The white thing in the pic is the starting of a prim snowman. It’s an easy to do pattern from My Primitive Saltbox. And she was having a sale on all her patterns…..$2.00 each!! What a great deal.

Well, I have lots to do and need to get to it.

Thanks for stopping by to see what I’ve been up to.

PS. I love stopping by all your blogs and seeing what you’ve been doing too.

Prim Blessings,

Jean
