More new patterns.....

Happy Saturday prim friends!

Mine not so happy.
It's been so cold,
 as I guess we all are dealing with the ridged temps.
But this afternoon a main water pipe
has burst in my laundry room, soooooo
I have no water.
apparently it's an epidemic!
You don't know how much
 you depend on something until it's not there.
Hoping to have it fixed in the morning.
What a mess it made,
but at least I was home when it happened.
I don't even want to imagine if I had not been.

I wanted to stop in and share four new patterns I finished up.
I still am not feeling well,
but mind over matter, right.

First is Becca bunny~
a sweet stump doll that stands 12" tall.
She has a round head and possible ears.

Next is Benjamin bunny~
He is also a stump doll standing 10"
and has a round plump body and round head with possible ears.

Then I made a new pattern for the Sunflower bowl fillers.
Love how they turned out and oh so easy to make!

Last but not least~
my version of Vintage Rabbits.
Perfect size to use as bowl fillers
 or ornies for a prim tree.

If you get a chance
stop by Dusty Cupboard Prims
and take a peak~
if you have an Etsy shop or account
I'd love for you to favorite my shop
and I'll do the same with yours.

Stay safe and warm!
Praying Spring gets here soon!
Blessings,

Two new patterns~

Hi Prim Friends!

As you can see
I've been working on more patterns
for my Etsy Shop
Dusty Cupboard Prims~

I'm so please with how these sweet dollies turned out.
I call her Civil War Dollie~
because she is made to look time worn
and her dress and bonnet are
made in a civil war era fashion.
She measures approx. 14" which is a great size
for just about any display!

Meet Bozarky the bunny!
I named him Bozarky in tribute to a pet rabbit my boyfriend had.
He is approx. 7 1/2" tall and has possible ears.
He will look great in a basket, on a shelf or any Easter display!

You can view more about them
by clicking on my Etsy button
found on my blog sidebar.

I hate to say it,
but we have been battling
the nasty flu/cold bug here at our home.

I sure hope it goes away quickly~
not fun at all!

Thank you for stopping by~
I love all your sweet comments~
It's what keeps me going. smile.....
Blessings~

New Pattern available

Hi Prim Friends!

I've been working all day trying to get my prairie doll
pattern completed and
Here she is!

She has fingered hands~

And sweet little toes!

I love how she turned out~
It's going to be hard for me to part with her.

She is a sitting doll,
but you can add a loop to her back
for hanging on a wall or peg.

She measures in at approx. 26" tall from head to toe.

I've included all the instructions and detailed
drawing for her fingers, toes, bonnet and pinafore.

Stop by my Etsy and check her out!

Have a Great Weekend Prim Friend!
I'll be working on a few new patterns ~
hope to have them for you next week!
Blessings~ Jean

Some finishes and a tease....

Hi Prim Friends!

It's still cold here,
and I'm sewing the time away.
Working on lots of rabbits and new patterns.
Yesterday I had so many new ideas
 run through my head for patterns.
 I kept thinking about some of my favorite movies
 and the characters in them.
I truly hope I can turn them into patterns.

I finished a few of these sweet rabbits last night,
 along with some of the sunflowers.
I love the sunflower~my pic does not do it justice!
The rabbit is a pattern by Chestnut Junction called Babbit Rabbit;
and the sunflower is a pattern by Willow Creek Crossing.

And here's a tease for the prairie doll in the works!
I think she'll be a whopping 24" when done!

Thanks for stopping by to see what I'm up too.
Have a beautiful Wednesday!
Stay warm!
Blessings~ Jean

Two new patterns ~

Hi Prim Friends!

Boy has it been cold~brrrrrrrrr......
So I've been working on patterns
and
have two new ones listed on my Etsy.

This is an oh so prim garden doll make do.
Or you could make her a doll~ I've included both in the pattern!

Prim Valentine Dove and Heart bowl fillers.
Not your ordinary style Doves.
I've made the wings and tails different from the others,
but you'll have to grab the pattern to see how I did them.

To go over to my Etsy shop just click on the link on my right sidebar.

I'm working on a few other patterns too.
A primitive prairie doll is next.
So keep watching.

If you have some ideas of prim things you'd like to see in pattern form
just let me know~ I'll see what I come up with
and if I use your idea,
 you may just get the finished pattern for free!

Have a great week!
Blessings,

My Etsy Shop's Now Open

              Hi Blog Friends!

I'm so excited to announce that my Etsy Shop~
is now Open!!

I'm working on quite a few patterns and hope to get them all listed
 by the end of next week,
but I thought I'd share the three I have finished so far.

I'm working on
a Garden Doll Make do and
some Valentine Dove bowl fillers
that are like no other.
I want to offer easy to make patterns
 that don't require you to purchase hard to find supplies to make.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I've also been busy making some
 Valentine display boxes to sell in my booth.
I just used a simple heart design and old quilt tops for the hearts.
Sewed them up~ stuffed and primed them.
Found some old wood boxes
and filled them with prim goodness.
If you get the chance, stop by my Etsy shop and see what you think.
Happy 2014!
Blessings,
  Jean
If anyone could help me with how to add my shop button on my blog sidebar I'd appreciate it. I've been trying for hours, ugh........
